Refund and Returns Policy

CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All BYWAgency products come with a full usage guarantee and refund policy for a period of 30 calendar days after purchase, subject to the conditions detailed here.

To process your request, we will need you to provide purchase details and the reason for the change/return so that we can also evaluate your purchase experience. Please note that the products offered, due to their digital nature, are covered only in cases of installation failure due to malfunction or defect verified by our technical support.

This policy does not apply to products licensed with an API Key, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If the product you purchased does not function as expected, you must contact our support team at info@bywagency.com so that our specialized team can review your specific case. If a malfunction is verified in one or more products you are using, we will process the exchange or full refund through your payment method within 48 business hours.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, inaccessible, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item in the same category, please email us at info@bywagency.com with your purchase details and the desired replacement item.

The replacement product will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase.

RETURNS

The period is 30 calendar days after receiving the product. To start the return process, you must submit a ticket to our technical support at info@bywagency.com, including your name, surname, order number, and specifying the reasons explicitly.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the method used.

LATE REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account and/or the account of the payment method used again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bywagency.com, and we will make arrangements on your behalf with the payment method you used.
